There are 3 bedrooms on this level : one is exceptionally large and has an attached full bath and a walk in closet. This room has a king size bed. The other full bathroom on this floor is accessed from the hallway or from each of the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a trundle bed, while bedroom # 3 has a king bed and a daybed with trundle that sleeps 2. The first floor also has the laundry room and access to the ground level cabana/game room. The "first of its kind" for Stone Harbor cabana/game room overlooks the pool and outdoor lounge area through a fabulous glass overhead door. The second floor has a large great room featuring a cathedral ceiling, living room, dining area and modern kitchen with a large walk~in pantry, stainless steel appliances and leather finish granite countertops.The owner provides both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom suite with beautiful full bath is also on this level and has a king size bed . The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and there is and another full bathroom. This house is ideal not only for large single family rentals but also ideal for multi~family rentals, as there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the amenities.
